In the depths of winter, fresh greenery gathered from the garden can brighten up your home and reconnect you with nature. One way to use this material is to create your own Christmas baubles - it's super-easy to do, the results are gorgeous and you'll save money, too. Here, we've used a colour scheme of gold and navy, and filled the baubles with a mixture of yew, eucalyptus and holly. You could vary the design by choosing a different colour scheme or adding other evergreens.
