Solanum tuberosum 'Epicure' is a first early potato bearing well-flavoured, floury tubers with white skin and cream-white flesh. It's well suited to growing in cold regions as it is able to withstand light frosts. The tubers perfect for boiling or steaming.

Grow Solanum tuberosum 'Epicure' in moist but well-drained soil in full sun. For best results dig over the soil well and incorporate plenty of compost or rotted manure before planting. Water the tubers thoroughly two weeks before lifting.
