What are affiliate links?

Affiliate links connect retailers and publishers. If someone clicks on a shopping link on a publisher site like GardenersWorld.com, a browser cookie is enabled to allow the retailer to associate any purchase back to the publisher, so that the publisher can take a percentage of the revenue.

How does it work on GardenersWorld.com?

The affiliate links on GardenersWorld.com are powered by our partners Monetizer 101 and Amazon Associates.

Monetizer 101 provides price comparison widgets to give our users a way of quickly comparing and exploring multiple retailers who sell the products we have reviewed.

Amazon tracks purchases through affiliate links logged in its Associates dashboard.

How do I buy the products online?

If you decide to purchase a product that's been recommended on one of our review pages, or a product featured in one of our Buyer's Guide videos, you can do so by clicking through to your desired retailer to make a purchase on its website. When you do this, a new window will open and you will be taken to a third-party website that's completely separate to GardenersWorld.com. No purchase will be made directly on GardenersWorld.com.

Is GardenersWorld.com writing reviews based on its affiliate partnerships?

Definitely not. Our affiliate partners in no way influence or determine GardenersWorld.com editorial content. Products reviewed are chosen solely by the GardenersWorld.com team, and appear regardless of whether or not affiliate partners are able to generate commission from a retailer link.
