The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter's employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
The promotion opens on 30 October 2026. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 16 December 2026.
By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
b) that should they win the promotion, they may be contacted by the Promoter to request the use of their name and likeness for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
Entrants should enter by completing the online entry form on the Gardeners' World website and correctly answering the question, "Which of these isn't an autumn vegetable?" Entrants must supply Immediate with their name and email address. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered. The Promoter will use entrants' personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (https://www.immediate.co.uk/privacy/).
Only one entry is permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties are not permitted.
One winner will receive a Mini Garden Greenhouse (H: 144cm, W: 120cm, D: 62cm), worth £449. The greenhouse will be supplied unpainted and installation is not included. Each of 25 runners-up will receive an Oh Sow Simple Flower Growing Kit, worth £19.99.
The winning entrants will be the first 26 correct entries drawn at random from all correct entries after the closing date. The first entry drawn will win the Mini Garden Greenhouse and the next 25 entries drawn will each win an Oh Sow Simple Flower Growing Kit. The Promoter's decision as to the winners is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share winners' details with the prize supplier, Mr Fothergill's, for fulfilment or delivery.
Winners will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by email. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 21 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up or re-offer it in a future promotion.
There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter may substitute a prize with one of the same or greater value.
The surname and county of residence of winners will be available on request by sending an SAE to Gardeners' World Mini Garden Greenhouse Competition, Immediate Media, Vineyard House, 44 Brook Green, W6 7BT, within two months of the closing date. The Promoter will contact winners before releasing this information and allow them to object or limit the information shared.
The Promoter may amend these terms and conditions or cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage if necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize.
